List Submission

Follow the three golden rules:

  1. 1 Lists due Monday before the event (midnight). Free cookies are for those who submit on time!
  2. 2 All FAQ's and rules changes before submission date will be in effect. Exceptions will be communicated.
  3. 3 Include everything on your list - missing artifacts and heroic traits are a big no-no!

Refund Policy

Battleground Gaming handles all ticket sales. For cancellations, contact us ASAP.

Refunds typically require 1 month's notice. We'll try to help after that point, but not the day before - the T.O will be painting terrain!

Tournament & Game Details

Round Length

3 hours split evenly between players, with 10 minutes at the start for list discussion and setup.

Painting Requirement

Armies don't need to be fully painted - we want to encourage new gamers! However, everything must be primed and 3 units must be battlefield ready (two can be heroes).

Scoring

Pairings and standings done via Win/Loss/Draw as primary with differential breaking ties. All managed through Milarki.

Sportsmanship

Don't be a dick. We're here for fun - whether competitive, painting accolades, or memes and dreams. Be patient and understanding. Issues? Give a shout!

Clocks, Dice & Spot Prizes

  • ⏱️ Chess clocks available but not mandatory. Both players must agree to use them.
  • 🎲 Dice rolls should be clear and flat. Use a tray or table - no bouncy squig dice!
  • ⏰ Countdown clock and vocal reminders throughout each round.
  • 🎁 The Wheel of Khorne dishes out spot prizes throughout the day!
